One of our customers, interested in taking over a thriving restaurant, asked us for a preventive analysis on the value of the equipment present in the structure already. Our intervention allowed us to see not only the actual value of the inventory but the real value in relation to the type of cuisine that our client wanted to do, too. In reference to the type of cuisine (tapas, Mexican, international, etc.) we were able to pack a tailor-made cooking line for the customer!
